Good digestion has a fundamental role in how we feel and how our body works. When something is up with our digestion there can be a number of signs and symptoms: Commonly, I hear things like
- feeling fatigued - burping and reflux - heartburn and indigestion - bloating - nausea - brain fog - feeling uncomfortable - diarrhoea, constipation or changeable bowel habits
Some people might find these symptoms can occur after eating certain foods, or at certain times of the day. Keeping a diet and digestion diary can be helpful to understand if a food may be an issue.
